Our community has all arrived in the United Kingdom in the last 5 years. We come from a number of refugee camps across East Africa including the Congo Kinshasa, Burundi, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Zambia, Sudan, Zimbabwe, and Somalia.

We all have Right to Remain status in this country. We have recently formed our own group with a small committee of our own community to organise events and bring our community together.

We are very keen to seek opportunities for our community to come together, build stronger relationships amongst ourselves and with others and share their mixed experiences and seek ways to establish ourselves here and help other people and communities in the UK.
